Bepanthen Plus Wound Healing Cream is a colourless antiseptic cooling cream designed to disinfect and promote healing of superficial wounds without causing stinging. It contains chlorhexidine for infection control and dexpanthenol to accelerate tissue regeneration. The cream should be applied as a thin layer to cleaned wounds or inflamed skin areas one or more times daily until complete healing occurs. The treated area can be left uncovered or dressed. The active ingredient dexpanthenol converts to pantothenic acid in the skin, which helps form new tissue and enhance scar solidity.
