Sefar Cream belongs to a class of drugs called antivirals. The cream should be applied 5 times a day for 4 days. Treatment should begin as early as possible after the appearance of signs or symptoms of oral herpes, that is, during the seedling or when lesions appear. For adolescents aged 12 years and older, the dose is the same as in adults.
