Ego Resolve Plus 1.0 is an effective treatment for inflamed or itchy ringworm, such as athletes' feet, play itch and ringworm. Also effective in inflamed or itchy skin infections such as thrush, infected diaper rash, eczema/fungal dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis or inflamed fungal infections where bacterial infection may be present. It is an antifungal and anti-inflammatory cream. Miconazole nitrate works against fungi to help treat inflammation, while hydrocortisone reduces irritation and redness of inflamed skin.
