Fexa 120 mg is an oral medication containing Fexofenadine hydrochloride, a non-sedating antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies and hives. Each pack contains 30 tablets of 120mg strength for once-daily dosing. Fexofenadine belongs to the class of medications called second-generation antihistamines. It works by blocking histamine, a natural substance in the body that causes allergy symptoms. The medication helps relieve symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes, and itchy throat. The tablets should be taken with water, and can be taken with or without food. For best results, avoid taking with fruit juices as they may decrease absorption.
