Ice Power Cold/Hot Pack is a versatile therapeutic pack that can be used for both cold and heat therapy. This reusable pack helps relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and soothe muscle tension through its dual-purpose design. For heat therapy, warm in water bath (max 80°C) for 5 minutes or microwave (360W) for 1-2 minutes to treat chronic pain. Always use with a towel barrier between pack and skin.
